Madsen Consulting has been established since 2002, initially as a specialist search consultancy, before becoming  the leading brokerage of public relations and public affairs consultancies in the UK .

We help the management and shareholders of independent public relations and public affairs consultancies to prepare their businesses for sale, particularly by helping to identify and maximise the value in advance of a sale, helping them to manage the process of the sale and negotiating to a satisfactory solution for all parties.

While not all of our fifty plus deals are in the public domain, as some of the transactions must necessarily remain confidential, our Agency Deals below shows some of the completed transactions.
